Ticket Resell Policy: If buyers are unable to attend, they have the option to resell their free tickets to someone else. Please ensure you follow the correct procedure for reselling. Security Screening: Anticipate bag checks and ticket scanning upon entry. Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, and beverages or food purchased outside of MOSAIC. If you purchase food or beverages from a MOSAIC business, kindly present your receipt to event security as proof of purchase. Lost & Found: If you have lost an item, please visit our website at mosaicatchathampark.com. We kindly ask that you submit a general inquiry regarding your lost item, including the date, time, and location of the incident. Sustainability: Help us keep the venue green by disposing of waste in appropriate recycling and trash bins located around the Philip H. Kohl MOSAIC Family Commons or Drive In Parking Lot. Weather Preparedness: Please consult the weather forecast and dress accordingly. Ensure you bring sunscreen, hats, or rain gear as necessary and stay hydrated. Children's Area: A designated family area located at the back of the event lawn with activities is available for children.  Children's Safety Guidelines: Parents must remain with and supervise their children at all times during the event. The use of recreational balls for kicking or throwing and climbing on the stage or the concrete chairs is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the family’s removal from the Philip H. Kohl MOSAIC Family Commons or Drive-In Movie Parking Lot.  Water Stations: Guests can utilize the water fountains located at the back of the Tommy Edwards Stage near the restrooms. There are no water stations available at the Drive-In Movie parking lot. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the Philip H. Kohl MOSAIC Family Commons and Drive-In Parking Lot. Designated smoking areas are available outside of the venue. Please properly dispose of cigarette butts.
