Mother’s Day Spring Market at Wildside Winery – Terms & Conditions Vendor Setup: Setup begins at 9:00 AM on Saturday, May 10th, 2025. Vendors must be fully set up and ready by the event start time. Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Wildside Winery will mark available booth spaces, and vendors may choose from those options. Detailed setup instructions will be sent out via email during the week of the event. Equipment & Amenities: Vendors must provide their own complete outdoor setup, including tents, tables, chairs, and any other equipment. Electricity is not provided at this event. Vendors are responsible for any battery-powered or alternative energy solutions needed. Weather & Environment: This is an outdoor event and will proceed rain or shine. Vendors are responsible for ensuring their setup is weatherproof and secure. Liability: Wildside Winery is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of vendor property. By signing this agreement, vendors agree to hold Wildside Winery harmless for any claims, damages, or losses related to their participation in the event. Booth Space: Spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis as outlined above. Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth area clean and safe throughout the event. Fees & Refunds: Booth fees are non-refundable within 30 days of the event. The application fee of $25 is non-refundable under all circumstances. Permits & Compliance: Vendors are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, or approvals for the sale of their goods or services. All vendors must comply with local, state, and federal laws. Setup & Teardown: Setup must be completed before the event begins, and vendors may not tear down their booths before the event ends. Vendors are responsible for removing all personal belongings and cleaning their booth area after the event. Vendor Conduct: Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and courteously toward customers, other vendors, and event staff. Wildside Winery reserves the right to remove any vendor for inappropriate behavior or failure to comply with these terms. Agreement: By signing this application, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above, including holding Wildside Winery harmless for any loss or damage to your property.
