1. Code of Conduct and Vendor Agreement must be read, signed and uploaded during the application process. 2. Vendors must have a Wisconsin Sales and Use permit and will be required to upload this information during registration. 3. A Certificate of Liability insurance must be provided during registration 4. A valid credit card or debit card must be entered for the initial application and/or later registration fee.
