ENTRY It's free to apply and free to attend! All ages are welcome! However, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. CODE OF CONDUCT 🤝 Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and courteously. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated. HARASSMENT-FREE ENVIRONMENT 🚫 Newark Zine Fest is committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, ability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind. ACCESSIBILITY ♿ The Newark Museum of Art is fully ADA-compliant, with accessible restrooms and pathways. Please notify event staff if you need assistance. HEALTH AND SAFETY 😷 Attendees are encouraged to wear masks while indoors. COVID testing prior to the event is highly recommended. Please stay home if you are feeling unwell. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA 📸 By attending the event, you grant permission for your image to be used in promotional materials, social media, and event documentation. LIABILITY ⚠️ Attendees participate at their own risk. The event organizers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event. FOOD & DRINK 🍽️ Food and drinks will be available for purchase at the venue. Outside food and drink are not permitted unless specified. COMPLIANCE WITH VENUE POLICIES All attendees must comply with the rules and regulations of the Newark Museum of Art during the event.
