• Payment is due upon approval. If you cannot pay, please do not submit the application yet. • Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, in the rare event of a cancellation without a rescheduled date, a 50% refund will be issued. Please note that if an event is rescheduled due to weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, refunds will not be provided once a new date is set. • All events are rain or shine.
