The organization will not share donor information with third parties without prior consent. Sponsorship and Partnerships Sponsorships from businesses or individuals will be acknowledged in accordance with agreed-upon terms, such as signage or promotional materials. Sponsorship does not imply endorsement by the organization, and sponsors must align with the organization’s mission to support small minority businesses. Force Majeure The organization is not liable for any delay or cancellation of fundraising events due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
