Terms and Conditions for Event Attendees 1. Acceptance of TermsBy attending Downriver Pride (the "Event"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Conz Productions LLC ("Organizer") reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. 2. Admission and Ticketing Entry to the Event may require a ticket, wristband, or valid identification as determined by the Organizer. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise specified. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who do not comply with these terms. 3. Code of Conduct All attendees must conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Attendees must follow the instructions of Event staff and security personnel at all times. 4. Safety and Security Bag checks and security screenings may be conducted at the Event entrance. The Organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Attendees must report any suspicious activity to Event staff or security. 5. Photography and Media Release By attending the Event, you grant the Organizer permission to capture and use photographs, video, and audio recordings for promotional purposes without compensation. If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform the Event staff upon arrival. 6. Liability and Assumption of Risk Attendees participate in the Event at their own risk. The Organizer is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss occurring at the Event. Attendees assume all risks related to weather conditions, crowd dynamics, and other inherent risks of public gatherings. 7. Alcohol and Substance Policy Consumption of alcohol is only permitted in designated areas. Attendees must be of legal drinking age and provide valid identification. The use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. 8. Vendor and Sponsor Interaction The Organizer is not responsible for transactions, products, or services provided by vendors and sponsors. Any disputes regarding purchases must be resolved directly with the vendor. 9. Event Modifications and Cancellations The Organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or public health issues. In the event of cancellation, the Organizer is not obligated to provide refunds unless explicitly stated. 10. Governing LawThese Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Michigan. By attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
