Due to extremely limited availability, applying to attend this event does not guarantee a ticket. This form is a sign-up list to be entered into a lottery to select who will be able to attend. <b>NOTE: Before applying for this ticket, you *must* have a ticket for "Hellmouth Con on the Hellmouth" with your name and email address attached. If your ticket was purchased by someone else, please ask them to log into Eventeny to add your name and email address to the convention ticket.</b> While this application will ask for payment information, your card will not be charged unless and until your name is selected in the lottery. If you are not selected, you will not be charged. The winning attendees will be notified through Eventeny and by email and will have tickets automatically issued when they are charged. A full itinerary and a more detailed timeline will be distributed at a later date. The itinerary is subject to change.
