The Estate Marketplace has the right to refuse sale of unfit goods. Sales of alcohol, tobacco, firearms, adult toys, stolen goods, etc. is not permitted. Someone must remain in your space at all times. The Estate Marketplace is not liable for any theft or damages to items in your space. You are responsible for maintaining your space (canopy, tables, chairs, cashiering, clean up, etc.). An ATM is provided inside The Estate Marketplace for customers needing cash. Canopies are only allowed on roadside spots. Fire code does not allow canopies in spaces next to the building. Roadside spaces are approximately 10’ x 20’. Sidewalk spaces are approximately 8’ x 2’. Please stay within your space and do not infringe on your neighbors’ space. You can begin setup at 8am. We open at 10am and close at 6pm. Please do not tear down/pack up before 5pm. The Estate Marketplace shall not be responsible for any theft, loss of property, failure to make a profit from sales, any personal injury suffered as a result of your participation in our flea market, or from any incident arising from your interactions with other vendors or persons attending the flea market, or any and all other incidents that might arise during the flea market. Food and beverages will be available for purchase throughout the day. Please NO SMOKING within the vending area. Unless you are a licensed business, no food may be sold at the flea market per Monroe County Department of Health. Please bring a copy of your Monroe County Department of Health License. Once you’ve unloaded, please park behind the building to leave as much room as possible for customers in the front. Space is not secured without payment. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
