Description
Chefs can enter the contest and will be sent chef rules ahead of the event. All entries must be vegan, but outside of that you can make any type of Mac and cheese you wish. This is a fundraiser for Triangle Vegfest. Chefs will need to make a gluten free version of their dish. Chefs will need to bring sterno, chaffing trays, serving utensils for the Mac. We will provide plates, napkins, and utensils for the attendees. Prizes will be awarded for the top three by the judges and by the attendees.
