Welcome to THEMATA OUTDOOR 2025 MRKT APP!

Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.  EVENT DATES: Please only select dates you can 100% commit to. We will NOT be able to refund your booth fee if you are unable to commit to a selected date. Artisans will only be accepted into a maximum of TWO dates. Categories: Artists may apply in up to 2 categories. You must submit a separate application for each category. If you sell jewelry, you may apply in a category other than Jewelry if jewelry is less than 10% of your items for sale. Otherwise, you must apply in Jewelry. All work displayed in the booth must be for sale. 

  • Clay: Original clay and porcelain work, functional or sculptural.
  • Fiber: Includes wearable and non-wearable. 
  • Glass: Functional and sculptural work is accepted. Kiln forming, blowing, molding, or casting, as well as all cold working processes are permitted.
  • Jewelry: Only those artists accepted in the jewelry category may display or sell jewelry. 
  • Metal: Sculptural or decorative work made from metal. No jewelry will be accepted in this category. Mixed Media: Work which combines materials from two or more mediums in one piece.
  • Musical Instruments: Handmade instruments.
  • Natural Materials: This includes basket weaving, chair caning, brooms, gourds, and other works made from materials found in nature.
  • Photography: Includes traditional film photography, hand-colored images, emulsion transfers, and digital photography. 
  • Printmaking: Only hand-pulled original prints are allowed. Prints must be in limited editions, signed, and numbered.
  • Sculpture: Three-dimensional work using additive or subtractive processes in a single medium. Two-Dimensional: Drawing, painting, and digital works. Reproduction prints are allowed.
  • Wood: Original works that are hand tooled, machine-worked, turned or carved.
  • Apothecary: Includes handmade soaps, candles, lotions, bath and personal care items.

We welcome food vendors to apply for the craft show market. Please provide the following information in your application:

  1. Menu – List of food items you plan to offer, including prices.
  2. Truck or Cart Details – A description or photo of your food truck/cart, including size and any special features.
  3. Licensing and Permits – Proof of necessary food handling permits, health certifications, and insurance.
  4. Setup Requirements – Outline any special needs, such as electrical or water access, space requirements, or additional equipment.
Important Notes:
  • All food trucks or carts must comply with local health and safety regulations.
  • A limited number of food vendor spots are available, and acceptance is based on menu variety and space availability.
Terms & Conditions
By participating in theTHEMATA, all attendees agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Event Participation Attendees must register in advance to participate in the craft show market. Spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees must comply with event dates, hours, and location as communicated by the event organizers. 2. Booth Setup and Breakdown Booth setup will be available on the day of the market from 7A-9.30A. All booths must be fully set up before 9.30A on the day of the event. Breakdown is not allowed until after the event ends at 4P. Early removal of merchandise or equipment is prohibited. 3. Booth Conduct and Display All displays must be professional, clean, and safe for attendees. The sale of goods must comply with all local laws, including regulations regarding product safety and taxes. Attendees are responsible for their own booth setup, display, and sales. 4. Permitted and Prohibited Items Only approved crafts, handmade goods, and associated items may be sold. The sale of food, beverages, or live animals is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the event organizers. Illegal or counterfeit items are not allowed. 5. Liability and Insurance The event organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of items during the event. Attendees are encouraged to secure their own insurance coverage for their booth and merchandise. Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, staff, and volunteers from any liability, claims, or damages arising from their participation. 6. Event Cancellation The event organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or other emergencies. Refunds or credits will be issued at the organizer's discretion. 7. Code of Conduct Attendees are expected to treat fellow vendors, customers, and organizers with respect and professionalism. Any behavior that disrupts the event or violates these terms may result in immediate removal from the market without a refund. 8. Compliance with Laws All attendees must comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including sales tax collection, business licenses, and any other legal requirements. 9. Photography and Media Attendees consent to being photographed and/or filmed during the event. Event organizers may use photos or videos for promotional purposes. 10. Miscellaneous Event organizers reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions as necessary, with notice to attendees. Any disputes arising from participation will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Monroe County. By attending the THEMATA, attendees acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
