The Market LHTX 2026 Regular Season

Welcome to The Market LHTX! This application is for artists, makers, exhibitors, and businesses applying to participate in our 2026 season. Young Entreprenuers, Nonprofit Organizations, Food & Beverage Trucks/ Booths* will complete a different/separate application.  

*Please be sure to select the correct application for your business, product, or service type.

*Please note: All bakers, sweets, drink vendors and 3D Printed items who submit an application after August 2026 will be placed on our waiting list due to the amount of current vendors we have of these items in the 2026 season. We are unable to guarantee a space in the rotation will become available, but we will do our best to rotate everyone in.

*If your business requires a permit from the Health Department to operate, you will complete the "Food & Beverage Truck/ Booth Application".

**Regarding the October 10 Sculpture Fest Market: Promotional/service-based businesses are limited to 4 spaces. If accepted, your business will be paired with and set up alongside a Young Entrepreneur vendor, whom your business participation will sponsor.  An additionak $50 sponsorship fee will apply to your application.

***The Holiday Christmas Market application is now available and we are currently accepting applications for the November 28th Market. 

Welcome to The Market LHTX! This application is for businesses that prepare or serve food or beverages on-site and therefore require a Health Department permit to operate during the market.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Food trucks and trailers
• Coffee trucks or coffee booths
• Lemonade or beverage stands (fresh-squeezed, dirty sodas, etc.)
• Kettle corn, cotton candy, popcorn, or similar prepared-on-site foods
• Any food or beverage operation requiring health permits, regardless of setup type

Please note:

• Businesses selling pre-packaged, cottage food items (no on-site preparation) should complete the Vendor Application, not this one.
• Health permits, insurance, and additional documentation may be required prior to approval
  Space is limited, and selections are made based on menu variety, setup needs, and market balance
• If your business requires a Health Department permit to operate, this is the correct application for you.

Welcome to The Market LHTX Young Entrepreneur Program!

We’re excited that you’re interested in becoming part of The Market LHTX family! This application is for young entrepreneurs ages 6–19 who would like to participate in our 2026 Young Entrepreneur “YE” Program.

Through our nonprofit organization, Foundation XXL HOPE, we are passionate about mentoring the next generation of business owners by providing opportunities for hands-on learning, peer-to-peer mentorship, leadership development, and real-world business experience.

Our Young Entrepreneur Program is specifically designed for youth-led businesses. The Young Entrepreneur should be actively involved in creating, producing, or operating the business and should be the primary representative at the booth. Parents and guardians may provide guidance, transportation, supervision, and age-appropriate assistance, but the business cannot be an adult-operated business presented under a child’s name.

A parent or guardian must remain present at the market with all participants ages 17 and under unless prior written approval has been granted by Market LHTX Management.

IMPORTANT 2026 WAITLIST INFORMATION

Due to the number of vendors already participating in our 2026 season, all new applications featuring baked goods, sweet treats, beverages, or 3D-printed items will automatically be placed on a waiting list.  If you want to double check this please send a text to: 512.688.7776. 

We will make every effort to provide opportunities as space becomes available; however, placement in the 2026 market rotation cannot be guaranteed. Please consider this before submitting your application and paying the nonrefundable application fee.

FEES AND WHAT TO EXPECT

Application fee: $5

The $5 application fee is due when the application is submitted and is the only fee charged at that time. The application fee is nonrefundable and does not guarantee acceptance or placement in a market.

Once approved, the discounted Young Entrepreneur booth fee is $25 per market.

The booth fee for a first-time Young Entrepreneur’s first Market LHTX event will be paid by Foundation XXL HOPE or one of our Young Entrepreneur Program sponsors. After the first event, the Young Entrepreneur is responsible for the discounted $25 booth fee for each approved market date.

Program expectations, available market dates, payment timelines, and applicable market policies will be reviewed during an onboarding conversation with The Market LHTX Management Team or the Young Entrepreneur Coordinator.

Welcome to The Market LHTX! This application is for Non-Profit organizations interested in reserving a booth space during our 2026 season. Non-profits may use their booth to share information about their mission, promote community programs, raise awareness, and/or sell items or accept donations in support of their organization.

As part of the application process, organizations are required to upload documentation confirming their 501(c)(3) status. Once your application and documentation are received and verified, applicable market fees will be waived for approved non-profit organizations. Fee waivers are available only to organizations with verified 501(c)(3) status.
