This event was created with a great deal of consideration given to making it a great 'vendors" event. The venue, the area and the attendees we will draw should make it a great event for you!
- Vendor's products/services should be in line with homesteading and/or preparedness needs/interests
- A limited number of booths will be allocated for local businesses not directly related to event subjects
- Applications will be juried to prevent too many vendors selling the same type of products
- Let us know if you need to depart early on Sunday and we will position your booth to make this easier
- All vendors will be indoors unless an exception is agreed upon
- Buildings are secured during closed hours

This catergory if for non profits, educational and government agencies that offer information of interest to attendees.
- Items may be sold for fundraising as long as they do not directly conflict with items vendors are selling. Items must be listed below with photos for approval.
- Any items discovered that are not approved must be removed.
- A limited number (10) of booths will be allocated for this category and are free of charge after approval.
- Applications will be juried to see if your group meets this criteria.
- Two (2) one (1) day adult wristbands will be provided per booth, per day
- Buildings are secured during closed hours

Dogs Inc Fundraiser Donations (formerly Southeastern Guide Dogs “Our extraordinary dogs transform lives throughout the United States—at no cost to the recipients—thanks to the generosity of our donors and volunteers.”)
 Donate items for silent auction/bucket raffle, seeking 10-12 items for each
 Donations may be grouped with others to elevate interest
 Items will be displayed next to the Dogs Inc booth just inside the entrance to the Expo Center
 Sponsors name/logo will be in a framed placard with item on the table
 Listed on the Dogs Inc page on our website with items donated
 Company name will be announced for each item as winners are announced
 Dogs Inc is a 501c3 and items are tax deductible
 All proceeds go directly to the Dogs Inc representative at the event
