Dress Code: Cocktail attire with a 1960s Theme - Embrace your inner mod-style (think Mad Men) or dress as contemporary as you prefer.

Live Jazz: Immerse yourself in the mesmerizing melodies of the Tony Staffiero Trio as they set the mood for the night with their soulful jazz tunes.
Hors d'oeuvres: Delight your palate with a selection of exquisite passed hors d'oeuvres that pair perfectly with the evening's cocktail selection.
Open Bar: Enjoy an open bar allowing you to explore and discover new cocktail flavors from the event's tasting.
Art: Immerse yourself in TUE's resident and member art and The Bells Gallery exhibition "INTERWOVEN" by artist Ella Smyth.
Silent Auction: Participate in our silent auction for a chance to acquire unique and inspiring pieces of art, candles, experiences, etc.
Cocktail Experience: Led by Allie Phifer, ticket holders will discover the fascinating history of cocktails, which are as American as the nation itself. We'll explore how Americans invented and refined the art of mixology, shaping the cocktail culture as we know it today.
During the event, you'll have the opportunity to formally taste 3 to 4 handcrafted cocktails, starting with the raw spirit before each cocktail. The featured cocktails include:

Sazerac (Whiskey)
Tiki (Rum) Drink
Surprise (Vodka) Cocktail
Dress to Impress: The theme of the night is the 1960s! Come dressed in your most stylish mod-inspired attire, or feel free to be in contemporary cocktail attire.

Meet Allie: Allie Phifer, born and raised in Birmingham, AL, is an internationally recognized bar and hospitality professional. She began her creative skills in theater, debate, and creative arts—and found herself enamored with the world of Spirits.
Since her humble beginnings, she’s represented Alabama as the 2017 Bacardi “Shakers in the Sand” Grand Champion, 2019 AL Master of the Manhattan, and the first person to ever represent Alabama as a 2019-2023 Tales of the Cocktail’s “Cocktail Apprentice.”
Her love for the industry knows no bounds, and she encourages her students to find the same passion.
Meet Tony: Multi-instrumentalist Tony Staffiero is a jazz, funk, and R&B saxophonist and recording artist. After studying Jazz Studies at Loyola University in New Orleans, Louisiana, Tony moved to Atlanta, where he has been a member of multiple bands including Ruby Velle & the Soulphonics, Atlanta Funk Society, and Fourth Ward Afro Klezmer Orchestra, touring all over the United States. He has also recorded with Ruby Velle & the Soulphonics, Diamond Street Rhythm Machine, and Charles Walker and the Dynamites, to name a few.
