There are only 53 vendor spots available at this event. This event will take place on The Green Space in Downtown Woodstock. You will be notified via email no later than October 25th, 2024 if you have been accepted. Vendor approvals may go out sooner than this date. Please check your email regularly for acceptance. Date and Time: November 10th, 2024 from 11am-6pm Load In: Begins at 9:30am. All vendors must be set up by no later than 10:45am. Tear down begins at 6pm. Please do not pack up prior to this time, unless directed otherwise by either Nicole or Kailee. Unapproved tear down prior to this time may result in denial from future events hosted by The Bloom Exchange Co. The Bloom Exchange Co. is not responsible for supplying you with any of these items. Tent weights are required. Absolutely no steaks are permitted on The Green.
