The Grant Application Packet should include one copy of:
- Mushroom Festival Grant Application
- Most recent 501©(3) ruling for your organization. If you do not have 501(c) 3 paper work you are not eligible for a grant with the exception of a Fire Company
- Board of Directors list for your organization
- A brief description of your organization and its purpose.
- Attach the most recently completed Form 990, 990-Z or explain why one was not filed.
- DO NOT SEND ANY OTHER PAPERWORK
- If any of the above paperwork is missing your grant application will not be forwarded to the next process.
- Dead line is 5PM on February 28th 2025 No exceptions!
- No grants awarded for more than $5000.00
Please be specific when describing your need. Funds requested for a general budget item will not be considered.
Grants will be announced by March 31, 2025
Organizations can only submit one application
All grant recipients are required to:
- Send a representative to the Grant Reception on May 8, 2025 for the award presentation or grant will be rescinded. If your Grant is approved more information will follow.
- All grant monies must be spent on the project mentioned in the grant application.
- Organizations that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for a grant in 2026
