Temporary Performance Permit for Downtown Pocket Parks

Any person desiring to use the four pocket parks for performance purposes shall first apply for and obtain a permit from the City of Alpharetta. Performances constitute public amenities that enhance the vibrancy, vitality, and ambiance of the City of Alpharetta. Allowing for the regulated use of the four pocket parks for such performances should be permitted; provided, however, that performers do not interfere with residents’ reasonable quality of life expectations, disturb business activity, or compromise public safety.
