About the event
Tekko is Pennsylvania's largest anime convention, attracting nearly 12,000 unique and diverse fans from across the country (and world!) to the region. We aren't just any old anime convention, though. We offer so much more by featuring Japanese arcade games, J-rock, J-fashion, Japanese pop culture, and education in our programming. Additionally, we choose a unique theme every year to explore new content, such as wrestling, mecha, sports, and more. This makes us one of the most diverse anime and Japanese culture conventions in the country, and we aren't done expanding yet!
Tekko is presented by a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, the Pittsburgh Japanese Culture Society (PittJCS) . We've been bringing fans together for more than 20 years at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Parking instructions
A 700-car parking garage with an 7' 8" clearance is available at the Convention Center. The entrance is located on 10th Street. For more information, please visit: Alco Parking Corporation.
You may also visit ParkPGH.org for real time parking availability in the downtown area.
The DLCC also offers bicycle racks in three different locations within the DLCC Garage on Level One and two options on the north side exterior on Ft. Duquesne Boulevard.

One of the few of its kind on the US convention circuit, the Tekko 2025 Dance Competition gives individuals and groups a chance to show off their skills in front of a crowd. If you love to dance, enjoy performing with your friends, or are driven by your desire to share one of your favorite artists with the world, this competition is for you!
