**Vendor Space Details:**
- **Space Size:** Each vendor will be allocated a 12x12 space.
- **Electricity:** If you require electricity, please indicate this in your application.
- **Disability Services:** If you need any special services for disability, please let us know in your application so we can accommodate your needs.
**Category Limitation:**
- We only approve up to 2 vendors of the same category to ensure a diverse selection of offerings. Please describe your products or services in detail to help us categorize your application accurately.
**Application and Payment Process:**
1. **Approval Notification:** If your application is approved, you will receive an approval notification.
2. **Payment Due Dates:**
- If approved between the 1st and 14th, your payment is due by the 15th of the same month.
- If approved between the 15th and 31st, your payment is due by the 1st of the following month.
- Failure to pay by the due date will result in your spot being offered to the next person in line.
**Cancellation and Postponement Policy:**
- If an event is canceled or postponed, you may request to transfer your dates to a future event.
- **Refunds:** We do not offer any refunds under any circumstances.
**Important Note:**
- **CHECK THE LOCATION**: PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE LOCATION OF THE VENUE BEFORE APPLYING. REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN IF YOU ALREADY SECURED SPOT WITHOUT CHECKING LOCATION.
