Summertime Sip Festival

Welcome to the Summertime Sip Festival! Your booth rental includes one rectangular table and two chairs. Wineries must provide their own pop-up tents, if desired. Multiple booths may be purchased (maximum of 3). Wine vendors are permitted to sell wine by the glass.

A booth without electricity is $200. A booth with electricity is $250 and limited quantities are available.

This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Welcome to the Summertime Sip Festival! We have two options for food trucks:

1. Upper Parking Lot - 3 spaces available - $100

These spots will plug into the box that borders the Courthouse Plaza and entrance to the festival. These spots will require the food trucks to back into the space. This is a prime location and very visible! Food trucks in these spots will need to be in place before setup opens at 9am as to not impede the wine vendors' set up. You must stay in place until the festival ends at 5pm and allow the wine vendors also to tear down before leaving.

2. Grass Lot at King Avenue - 3 spaces available - $50

These spots are available in the grassy lot at the southwest end of King Avenue. You must operate from a generator in these spots. You will need to be set up and ready by 11:30am. You must stay in place until the festival ends and King Avenue reopens at 5pm.

Welcome to the Summertime Sip Festival! This application is for a 10x10 booth. Your booth rental includes one rectangular table and two chairs. Wineries must provide their own pop-up tents, if desired. One rectangular table and 2 chairs are included with each booth. Multiple booths may be purchased (maximum of 3). No electricity is available and generators are not allowed for this type of booth. If you would like to apply with a generator, please complete the Food Truck Space application and select the Grass Lot at King Avenue.
