Vendors may arrive between 8AM-10:30AM to start setting up. All vendor vehicles need to be parked in the open field designated for parking. No vehicles (trucks, golf carts, cars) are permitted to park in your approved vendor site. No vehicles inside festival grounds during open hours. On-site advertising will be restricted to signs attached to your booth. Each vendor site must remain clean and free of trash. Vendors will be expected to “leave it as you found it”. Each vendor is responsible for having up to date permits as required by Florida. *It is the vendor’s responsibility to meet/understand requirements. No setup or breakdown during event hours.
