About the event
Join us June 20-21, 2025, as Summer on Broadway, a premier summer festival with a hometown atmosphere full of outdoor events and local vendors takes place in beautiful downtown Maryville, Tennessee! The Festival will begin on Friday from 5:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. and Saturday from 9:00a.m. to 4:00p.m., we ask that you plan to set-up on Friday, June 21 between 12noon – 4:00p.m.

Thank you for your interest in Summer On Broadway.  This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. 
 
DO NOT SEND CHECKS – YOU WILL BE INVOICED AFTER THE DEADLINE IF YOU ARE ACCEPTED. 
There will be NO REFUNDS. This event is rain or shine.*No shows/no pay will not be invited to participate in the future.
Rules:
1.Your tent should be 10'x10' to fit in the space provided (space provided (12 x12). It should be sturdy enough to provide shelter for you and your crafts. Tents must be staked and weighted and should have straight legs and cords.
2.NO PETS.
3.Set-up and take down will only be at times designated by the planning committee. Early tear down will result in not being invited back to future festivals/events.
4.You must collect and report Tennessee sales tax, if you do not have a business license, the Blount Partnership will work with the Blount County Clerk to secure.5.All craftspeople must sign Hold Harmless below.

You must collect and report Tennessee sales tax and pay the health inspection fee.   The County Health Inspector will require all food vendors to have a valid health permit & abide by current health codes for preparing and serving food.     Vendors are required to have a minimum $1,000,000 (One Million Dollars) general liability policy and name the Blount Partnership as Additional Insured on the policy. Non-profits must provide a sales tax-exempt form.
 
GENERATORS are permitted if they are QUIET. IF you bring a generator that is a noise hazard you may be asked to leave without a refund. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR GENERATOR IS QUIET! You are responsible for your electrical needs. Bring your own extension cords, water hoses, etc.
