The Frida Kahlo Festival is a vibrant community celebration honoring the life, art, and legacy of Frida Kahlo, one of the most influential artists in history. This event brings people together to celebrate Frida’s resilience, creativity, and cultural impact through art, music, and interactive experiences. Attendees can explore local artists and artisans showcasing Frida-inspired works, enjoy live music from Frida’s era and culture, and get creative with Frida-themed arts and crafts. The festival also features a Frida-inspired mercado with handmade crafts and delicious food, as well as photo installations designed to immerse guests in Frida’s world. This free and family-friendly event invites the community to engage in artistic expression, cultural appreciation, and creative storytelling, all inspired by the spirit of Frida Kahlo. Bienvenidos to the application process for becoming a vendor for Sueños Market by VIDA! We're excited to invite artists, local makers, jewelry artisans, and food vendors to join us in showcasing their unique offerings at our events.

At VIDA, we host year-long events at both the Old Courthouse Square in downtown Santa Rosa and the Historic Sonoma Plaza. Each of our events carries a vibrant Latino theme, celebrating cultural icons such as Selena and Frida Kahlo, as well as traditions like Día de Muertos and more!

If you're passionate about sharing your creations and connecting with our comunidad, we encourage you to apply for a booth at our upcoming events. Whether you're a seasoned vendor or new to the scene, we welcome your participation in creating memorable experiences for our attendees.

Terms & Conditions

It is important to note that food vendor applications are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. However, we strive to offer a variety of food options for attendees, which means we may deny applications if too many vendors offer similar foods. Please be advised that upon approval of your application, payment will be automatically processed. It is essential to ensure that your payment information is accurate, as any issues with payment may impact the status of your application. All food vendors using a propane tank must have a valid permit issued by the Santa Rosa Fire Department. In the event of heavy rain, the festival will be postponed to a later date. Updates on the rescheduled date will be provided if necessary. Please note that all payments are non-refundable.
