Strongsville, OH 44136 Date: Saturday, November 15, 2025 Time: 10:00am-4:00pm Tis' the season to shop! Join us this fall for our annual Strongsville fall event! This large show will feature artists and crafters selling their original handmade items at this beautiful venue! Admission is $3 to the public, children under 12 are free. Welcome to the 2025 Strongsville Fall Avant-Garde Art & Craft Show! Browse through the application and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. This is a handmade show only. All non-handmade vendors will unfortunately be unable to participate.

 

Calling all local art and craft vendors! The Avant-Garde Art & Craft Show is seeking local vendors to showcase and sell handmade items this fall! The 2025 Strongsville Fall Avant-Garde Art & Craft Show will be held at the Strongsville Ehrnfelt Recreation Center and feature a selection of unique and one-of-a-kind items.

 

Be sure to submit your completed Application and Show Contract, along with your fee, as soon as possible to guarantee your space at this year’s event. Space is limited; vendors will be given priority on a first-come, first-serve basis based upon review of work. 

 

All of our Avant-Garde Art & Craft Shows are promoted heavily through advertising in local papers, online event listings, our web site/blog, outdoor advertising, and social media (links can be found on bottom of the page!)

November 15, 2025.  Admission is $3.00, children under 12 are free. A portion of proceeds will be donated to Project Night Night.

 

SHOW HOURS:

10:00am-4:00pm

*Set-up begins at 8:00-10:00am

*Breakdown is 4:00pm-5:00pm .

 

BASE COST, ADDITIONAL FEES, & HOW TO PAY:

The base cost for a 6 ft. horizontal space at the event is $125.00 (includes two chairs). Vendors are to provide their own setup (only chairs are included). All tables and must fit in the allotted space. If you go outside your space size purchase, you will be asked to remove items.

 

Electric shall be provided to participants bringing their own extension cords and power strips for an additional $10.00.

 

Deadline to register for this event is either till we are full, or the Friday prior to the event, whichever happens first.

 

SHOW SPACE:

Participating vendors will receive a complimentary 2 chairs to use. Your space size is a 6ft table and you'll need to provide your own table. Please be aware that the space is basically just the 6ft table size with 2 chairs, we do not have “booth” spaces, so limit your display to fit the area size assigned.

 

Custom Table Sizes and Covers.

  • If you require more than one 6 ft. space, please feel free to register for multiple tables. Each additional space is an additional $125.00 base cost as outlined above.

No Wall Space

  • We do not take space requests for wall spaces. Since this venue only has limited wall space, please do not write requests down for wall spaces for this show. Plan to be able to setup on a wall or non-wall space. Again, please NO REQUESTS.

ELECTRICITY:

Electricity is available for an additional purchase of $10.00.​

 

FOOD:

We are working to recruit food trucks and/or a concessions vendor that will be on site for this show. We plan to have one on site.

 

CHECK-IN & CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE:

We require check-in on show days. Check-in may be satisfied by showing a copy of your confirmation email (for those who registered with our previous system) or by scanning your QR code that will be supplied via checkout through registering here. A signed contract and payment must be on file before check-in will be complete.

Registration is limited to 1 concessions vendor. First-come-first serve. Cost for each spot is $200.00, you keep 100% of sales. 

 

Please note that this is NOT a food truck space, you will have access to a kitchen with a window for selling in the lobby area right at the entrance of the show, with access to a few appliances. You are also responsible for cleaning the area after use, which we will give more details if selected. There is access to a fridge, ice maker, microwave, sink, and coffee maker. You would need to supply anthing else you'd like to us/bring with you. Again, this is NOT A FULL USE KITCHEN, just the items described here. You will need to come prepared with what you can sell in the space.
