Vendor will pay South Riding Proprietary a flat fee of $225 (payable to SRP), due prior to the start of the event, as their contribution to covering the event costs.  All food vendors are responsible for their own equipment, tables, tents, and water supply. Bottled water less than 20oz, cannot be sold for more than $1. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

It's the big show!!! Our infamous fireworks show hosts THOUSANDS of people as they gather for our annual show celebrating Independence Day. As sponsor for this event you are entitled to a booth space at the event and branding for the event via its listing on Eventeny, the South Riding website, our digital and social media accounts and also in the magazine. In order to make it in the magazine you must be paid in full with your logo sent to bkittel@southriding.net 8 weeks in advance of the event. Pleas send a high resolution image of 300dpi or vector based.

This is the biggest crowd of the year, all in one place for our spectacular fireworks show! This is our largest single crowd as THOUSANDS watch the show from the golf course. As sponsor for this event you are entitled to your logo on the official event SHIRT as well as branding for the event via its listing on Eventeny, the South Riding website, our digital and social media accounts and also in the magazine. You will also be provided 2 Parking Passes to use. They do not allow in-and-out access. 4 - T shirts (provide sizes early as possible please) The sponsor may also provide a large 3ft by 5ft banner to have hung on the edge of the performance stage. We need YOUR help for this event that brings thousands of people to the South Riding Golf Course to watch an epic display of fireworks. Help lead the parade, pour beer or lend a hand selling light up toys for the kids! We need YOU to make the magic happen!

Distribute beer to each customer as ordered

Sell tokens and collect payment via cash or credit cards using the iPads

Sell light up blinkies and t shirts to guests

ID check guests in line that wish to purchase alcohol
