Upon completion of application and successful payment, your application will be approved in the office. Once approved you will receive an email with instructions on how to select your booth space.

Setup times:
Friday,9:00AM to 8:00PM
Saturday,7:00AM to 8:30AM.
Doors open to the public for the sale, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Doors closed for vehicle drive in/Load in at 8:30 AM.
Load in- All vehicles will enter the north rear corner of the Magnolia Center at (Vehicle access will be inside back doors and not to your booth.) Driving is not allowed on portable gray floor.
Lobby Load In/Out is strictly prohibited.
Load Out Time: Saturday, 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. (4:00 PM Deadline for load out)
• Gates to the fairgrounds are secured following all events. Do not leave vehicles on grounds. It will be locked behind gate until the following business day.
Magnolia Center attendants will help direct vehicles in and out of the area for loading in and out. Vehicles are not allowed to park behind the Magnolia Center. You will have 15 minutes to unload vehicles inside the building and will be asked to rotate out to allow everyone equal time for load in and out.
This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
