Greetings!
The Bristow Noon Lions Club will again be hosting our Bristow
Tabouleh Festival on May 10, 2025. The festival begins with the
Wildflower Run at 9AM and finishes at 3PM. It is a festival honoring
our town’s heritage, and we are looking forward to another great year
of fun and entertainment in our little town.
Each year, we select a nonprofit organization to support with proceeds from the Tabouleh Festival. This year, most of the proceeds will go directly to Bristow Social Services. Bristow Social Services is a non-profit organization that operates solely off donations and grants to operate. They provide basic needs to those in our community and surrounding communities. They provide utility assistance, rent assistance, and food for those who need it. Each year, they serve thousands of clients. The more funds they have available, the more food they can buy, and the more clients they can serve. The increasing food costs have put a financial burden on the organization. Lions Club serves to reduce hunger in our community, and we hope to use the 2025 Tabouleh Fest as a means to raise both funds and awareness for this wonderful organization. The funds raised by the festival will stay right here in our community and help those we see every day.
We are thrilled to welcome back local musical acts to the mainstage this year, with live performances all day. The Wildflower Run 5K celebrates another year as one of the state’s oldest 5K races. We can’t forget to mention that the famous cabbage rolls, tabouleh, and hummus will be served in the Community Bank parking lot (as well as lots of other tabouleh throughout the festival). There is lots to look forward to with Wildflower Run and Tabouleh Fest on May 10. Best of all, proceeds help Lions do good right here in our little town.
A festival of this magnitude has many expenses and with the goal of raising funds for the Bristow Social Services, we need your help! Our goal is to raise enough funds to cover at least half of the annual out of pocket food expense for Bristow Social Services (around $25,000). We have never set a goal this high, but we know working together, we can do it! Tabouleh Fest sponsors have their logo (or name) on Bristow Tabouleh Fest banners, advertising, and social media. While Bristow Social Services strives to get as much food donated as possible, mostly from the Tulsa Area Food Bank, not all food items are available. Many times, donated meat is very limited and must be purchased. Bristow Social Services spends over $4,000 per month out of pocket on food and necessities for distribution. Tabouleh Festival General Sponsor levels are $350, $650, $1,000 and $1,500. Higher sponsor levels receive larger and more prominent logo placement. A Premium Diamond Sponsor is $1,500 and adds a sign with your logo at the site of the event. A donation letter from Bristow Social Services is available if needed. If you would like to become a sponsor for the Tabouleh Festival, please contact Leslie Alexander, Natalie Hogner, or Tiffany Honeycutt at Community Bank (918-367-3343) or email us at taboulehfest@yahoo.com. We would love to partner with you to create a fun festival and support such a great cause.
We appreciate your support!
