Sponsorship Application/Payment

Please complete this sponsor application and submit payment for the amount agreed to in the sponsorship contract sent to you/your organization. You will receive a copy of the agreement with details on the sponsorship package via email.

The City of Alpharetta and JacobsEye Marketing appreciate your support of the 2022 30th Anniversary Taste of Alpharetta and look forward to receiving your signed contract and completed exhibitor form (attached). The signed contract, payment and completed form must be returned to JacobsEye Marketing no later than 5:00pm on April 4, 2022. The TOA will begin promoting the MCSFA sponsorship upon receipt of payment. Contract and form may be scanned and emailed to TOA@jacobseye.com. Payment can be made by credit card online (on Eventeny) or made by check or money order payable to JacobsEye LLC and mailed to JacobsEye Marketing 2100 Riveredge Parkway, Suite 710, Atlanta, GA 30328. Terms of Contract 1) SPONSOR/EXHIBITOR/VENDOR SET-UP BEGINS at 1:00 PM. BE READY TO OPERATE by 4:45 PM. When unloading the vehicle, pull up close to the booth to let another car pass. Quickly unload, move the vehicle, and return to set up a restaurant booth. All VEHICLES OFF FESTIVAL SITE BY 3:30 PM! The EVENT ENDS at 10:00 PM. Please do not begin breaking down prior to this time. 2) SPONSOR/EXHIBITOR VENDORS CAN NOT sell or sample individual portion sizes of food for on-site consumption. Vendors may sell pre-packaged food that can be carried from the premises. 3) RAIN OR SHINE, Taste of Alpharetta will be held. 4) PROMOTIONAL SIGNAGE BOARDS for your booth space are to be supplied by each sponsor/exhibitor/vendor (no electrical signs). The festival will have a large attendance, post signs high for visibility. Be creative and showcase your business or organization 5) FESTIVAL ATTENDANCE. An average of 50,000 people attend the Taste of Alpharetta each year. It is expected attendance will be greater than in past years. 6) BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS (unless detailed in the sponsor contract) and load-in instructions will be completed and emailed prior to the event. Many factors are considered, such as electrical requirements, and application deadline. We will try our best to accommodate special requests. The event footprint is being expanded considerably to provide more space between booths. A map will be available by 4/01/22. 7) VEHICLE PASS. Prior to the event, you will be e-mailed a vehicle pass to drive onto the festival site for unloading. Only two per business, the booth number will be on this pass and displayed on the dashboard. Vehicles without this pass will not be permitted onto the event site. 8) CLEAN UP. ALL trash, papers, or boxes must be placed in a dumpster. Please reference an event map for the dumpster location. A fee of $100.00 will be billed to you if your area is left messy. 9) TENTS, TABLES & CHAIRS. If the event supplies a tent(s) and/or tables and chairs and any of the items are missing or damaged, you will be billed. 10) ELECTRICITY. To ensure adequate electricity at your booth, we must receive your electrical request by April 22, 2022. This deadline is Georgia Power’s requirement to confirm electrical needs. It is your responsibility to bring: (2) l00-ft. extension cords and power strip for EACH outlet requested as they are not located directly behind your booth. An electrician will be on the festival site from 12 PM to 11 PM. 11) PUBLIC SAFETY. The City of Alpharetta’s Police and Fire Department requires that all sidewalks behind your booth spaces not be blocked. Please do not use the sidewalks for storage. We have provided additional space between booths for this use.
