- Sponsorship applications are subject to approval by the Celebrate! West Hartford Committee.
- Logos must be received by April 15th to guarantee inclusion in ads, programs and website.
- High resolution digital logo files are required. JPEG, PNG, or PDF format is preferred.
- Logos will be sized and positioned by giving level.

- Sponsorship includes a complimentary 10'x10' booth space with a white canopy tent. Additional space may be accomodated for Exclusive Special Feature Sponsors. If you require additional space or an expanded tent size, please describe here:
- ELECTRICITY: Do you require electricity? (A limited number of 20 amp single outlets are available for $50 each. Enter quantity requested in payment section. Not guaranteed.)

- ACCEPT INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: Exhibitors must hold a General Liability policy of $1,000,000 each occurence, which is endorsed to include the Town of West Hartford as an Additional Insured for the event. Workers' Compensation must meet statutory requirements in Connecticut (or applicable state law). A Certificate of Insurance and an Additional Insured Endorsement must be submitted by May 1, 2022.
