About the event

(1st Saturday in October) It wouldn’t be fall in the Carson Valley without the annual Scarecrow, Harvest Festival, and Annual Slaughterhouse Lane Coffin Races hosted by Main Street Gardens and East Fork Gallery. The Main Street Fall Festival combines all of these along with music, activities, demonstrations, and vendors at Heritage Park. The festival is a free community-driven event celebrating the region’s traditions and history as well as showcasing the continued talents, creativity, and diversity of its residents. Come join us for activities, demonstrations & performances on the pavilion, arts & crafts, community organizations, and businesses.

About the application

Main Street Gardnerville’s annual fundraising event, Main Street Fall Fest, will be held on Saturday, October 4th, 2025 at Heritage Park in Gardnerville. This event combines some of our annual favorites such as the Coffin Races, Harvest Festival, and Scarecrow Festival as well as entertainment, vendors, and food; all sure to be fun for everyone! $1,000 Harvest Sponsor - Name and logo as “Slaughterhouse Lane Coffin Races presented by” on all advertisements, event collateral, event website, and social media posts and emails. -Logo advertisement in the Main Street Gardnerville’s Biz Blast email newsletter as a presenting sponsor of the event - Custom PA announcements at the event -Four logo placements throughout the event venue. -10% of the sponsorship will be reserved for further development and enhancements of Main Street Gardnerville projects.
