South Riding Event Sponsorship - Silver

As sponsor for this event you are entitled to a booth space at the event and branding for the event via its listing on Eventeny, the South Riding website, our digital and social media accounts and also in the magazine. You will also receive a enrollment for 4 participants in the races as well! As a sponsor, your booth will share the South Riding center space, which is central to all the activities of the day, giving you a premier spot with the attendees. In order to make it in the magazine you must be paid in full with your logo sent to bkittel@southriding.net 8 weeks in advance of the event. Pleas send a high resolution image of 300dpi or vector based.

Subletting your booth to another business is strictly prohibited and any business not registered will be asked to leave immediately. Business literature must pertain to the registered business and may only be distributed within your booth space. Roaming solicitations are strictly prohibited. No food or drink may be given away or sold at Exhibitor booths without prior approval from South Riding.
