As a sponsor, your brand will be front and center at one of North Georgia’s most beloved summer events, aligning your business with community, fun, and purpose. ? Why Sponsor? 1. Sponsorship Commitment Sponsorship becomes official upon submission of a signed agreement and full or partial payment as outlined in the selected sponsorship package. Sponsorship fees are non-refundable except in the case of full event cancellation by Goin’ Social Events. 2. Use of Logos and Branding Sponsors grant Goin’ Social Events permission to use their logo, business name, and promotional materials in event-related marketing. Sponsors may not use the Endless SummerFest name or logo for promotional purposes without prior written approval from the event team. 3. Marketing Inclusions Marketing exposure (e.g., logo placement, mentions, social posts) will be delivered according to the level of sponsorship selected. Sponsors must submit all required branding materials (logos, ads, banners, etc.) by the specified deadlines to ensure inclusion in event promotions. 4. Booth Space & Activation Sponsors receiving booth space or on-site activations must comply with all vendor guidelines provided by the event team. Booth setup and breakdown times will be communicated prior to the event and must be strictly followed. Sponsor activations should be family-friendly, safe, and align with the community-focused nature of the event. 5. Liability & Insurance Sponsors are responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from their activation, staff, or materials at the event. Goin’ Social Events, The Mill on Etowah, and associated partners are not liable for loss or damage to sponsor property. Sponsors are encouraged to carry liability insurance, particularly if bringing interactive elements or staff on site. 6. Weather & Force Majeure Endless SummerFest is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds will be issued due to weather unless the event is fully canceled for safety. Goin’ Social Events is not liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations due to events outside its control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, etc.). 7. Conduct & Expectations Sponsors must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner toward staff, attendees, vendors, and fellow sponsors. Goin’ Social Events reserves the right to revoke sponsorship participation without refund in cases of inappropriate behavior or breach of terms. 8. Modifications Goin’ Social Events reserves the right to modify the event layout, schedule, or programming as needed for safety, logistics, or operational reasons. Any such changes will be communicated in a timely manner.
