About the event

Free Play Florida 2024 is a three day celebration of the history, artistry, competition, and creation of electronic gaming of all kinds driven by the enthusiastic gamers of the southeast. Over 250 arcades, pinball games, consoles and countless things to learn, play and see! This November 22nd thru the 24th, Free Play Florida is being held at the spacious RP Funding Center in Lakeland. All of your classic and current pinball and arcade games will be on display all set to free play! Join the pinball tournament and compete with the best in the state of Florida, sit in on our speaker panels that include industry icons, and visit our valued vendors selling games, memorabilia, and some of the coolest themed art on the planet! “Free Play” is defined as “a setting on a gaming machine that allows it to be played without quarters or tokens.” When you join us at Free Play Florida, your admission includes unlimited “Free Play” gaming on hundreds of machines, including your favorite classic arcade cabinets, some of the most popular pinball machines of the last several decades, many of the hottest new arcade titles, and - of course- access to all of the other amazing entertainment and educational options we’ve put together for you! **Free Play Florida is a presentation of the Byte Amusement Group, a 501c3 Florida Non-Profit Organization run by volunteers.**

Are you looking for a way for your business to reach thousands of gamers? Free Play Florida is looking to expand our growing team of sponsors. Free Play Florida hosts several thousand attendees throughout the three-day event each year. This November we expect attendance to grow substantially. By sponsoring Free Play Florida, you can reach out to our broad and diverse group of gamers while supporting our mission to provide the community with the opportunity to experience retro gaming and create a learning environment filled with the rich history, science, math, and art behind it. Silver $500	$500.00	Non-refundable	Silver Level Partnership $500 pricing includes the following: • Display your companies banner at the Free Play Florida event. Send us or bring to the show your banner for display throughout the entire event. • Your company’s logo and information will be highlighted on the sponsor page of Free Play Florida’s web site. • Your company’s logo and information will be shared on Free Play Florida's social media. • Your logo will be on this year’s Free Play Florida exclusive show t-shirt. Must submit a single color logo and must be received at least one month prior to show. • And finally, you'll receive 2 complimentary weekend passes to attend this year’s Free Play Florida event.

In-kind Sponsorship	$0.00	Non-refundable	Donations Free Play Florida appreciates the substantial donations we receive from the gaming industry and members of the surrounding community. These donations are used for raffles, tournament prizes, food to feed our volunteers and more. Your donation will gain your business valuable visibility and promotion to all of our attendees throughout the event.
