We must have a list of those attending from your organization in order to secure them a seat at the table.
Any tickets not assigned by July 1 will be released to the public for general sale.
Prices
| Chef Sponsor | $5,000 | CHEF SPONSORSHIP DELIVERABLES Chef Sponsor funds for will be used to utilize the knowledge of wildly acclaimed expert chefs and to allow them to purchase locally sourced ingredients. Kitchen Banner - The Guardians of the Gap will provide a large event banner showcasing you as the Chef sponsor hung in a premier location outside of the outdoor kitchen where the widely acclaimed chefs will be prepping and cooking the dinner. Speaking Opportunity - You will be given a 5-minute opportunity to address table guest from the podium. Highlighting your company’s passion for the community and tying into the overall theme for the dinner with a story or two of what living in Appalachia means to you. Verbal Recognition - One of the Guardians of the Gap Board Members will recognize you during the introduction and closure on the night of the dinner as the Chef Sponsor. Guest Takeaway Gift - Your logo will be on the takeaway gifts, given to all dinner guests. Dinner signage - Guardians of the Gap will include your company name and logo as the Chef sponsor on signage throughout the dinner space. Ad in the menu - You will have the opportunity to provide a full-page ad that will be included in the dinner menu. Logo on the event landing page - Your logo will be added to the graphics on the ticketing page as the Chef Sponsor. Social Media Post - The Guardians of the Gap will post one customized post on our social media channels prior to the dinner. Passes - Complimentary dinner passes You will receive (8) dinner passes. You will have a first access to secure your tickets before the general public. Welcome Reception - You will have the opportunity for (8) individuals to attend the pre-event Welcome Reception. | |
| Table Sponsor | $2,500 | TABLE SPONSOR Table sponsorship funds will be used to secure the long harvest table, chairs, equipment and outdoor kitchen. | Teacher Sponsor | $1,000 | TEACHER SPONSOR Teacher sponsorship funds will be used to promote historically accurate storytelling, demonstrations throughout the dinner. Funds also to be used for the guest takeaway gifts. Verbal Recognition - One of the Guardians of the Gap Board Members will recognize you during the introduction and closure on the night of the dinner as a Teacher Sponsor. Guest Takeaway Gift - Your logo will be on the takeaway gifts, given to all dinner guests. Dinner signage - Guardians of the Gap will include your company name and logo as a Teacher sponsor on signage throughout the dinner space. Ad in the menu - You will have the opportunity to provide a quarter page ad that will be included in the dinner menu. | Visionary Sponsor | $500 | VISIONARY SPONSOR Visionary sponsorship funds will be used to secure all the visual aspects of the night. From table linens to dishware, menus, flowers and signage. Verbal Recognition - One of the Guardians of the Gap Board Members will recognize you during the introduction and closure on the night of the dinner as a Visionary Sponsor. Dinner signage - Guardians of the Gap will include your company name and logo as a Visionary Sponsor on signage throughout the dinner space.
