The sponsoring business has agreed to the following Huntley Park District sponsorship opportunities. Your support allows the Huntley Park District to provide meaningful and entertaining activities to the residents and guests of the Huntley Park District and make recreational opportunities such as this a valuable experience for participants. The agreed-upon sponsorship benefit and monetary expectation is outlined below. Huntley Park District will receive: Monetary event sponsorship support in the amount agreed to in application. Sponsoring Business will receive: • Business logo on t-shirts that are worn by staff, food truck owners and sold to public (up to 4 logos). • Signage at event featuring sponsorship. • Dedicated social media post as a t-shirt sponsor. • Logo on 2025 event webpages with link. • On-site booth opportunity. • Right of first refusal for 2026. Please sign below and a copy of this sponsorship/advertising agreement will be sent to you. If design work is involved with this sponsorship, we will be in touch to confirm the design artwork.
