Terms & Conditions
1. EXHIBITS - Display material must be confined to the vendor/sponsor space. No placard, stickers, or other signs relating to nonpaid businesses will be allowed. Only one business per space; tables cannot be shared by two businesses.
2. NO REFUNDS – There are no refunds for any reason if vendor/sponsor cancels.

| Presenting/Title Sponsor | $1,800 | Non-refundable | Presenting Sponsor Benefits: - Prominent recognition as Presenter of Event from initial promotion to follow up activities. Listed as: “Fort Myers Kids & Family Expo presented by [your company]” - Category Exclusivity – only business onsite in your industry - Company name headlines all print, digital, and social media marketing - Promotional banners (provided by sponsor) displayed throughout mall - Company mention/logo on event website, registration page, mall posters, event banner, flyers and live mentions during event - Prominent exhibit space, includes (4) 6’ tables with black linens & chairs Tablecloths of any color can be used if preferred. Backdrops, signage, and displays are welcome, but are limited to 6’ in height. No tents or canopies are allowed inside the mall. |
