Westside Market Title Sponsorship Terms & Conditions By becoming the exclusive Title Sponsor of the 2025 Westside Market, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Sponsorship Exclusivity & Commitment Only one Title Sponsorship is available per season, ensuring exclusivity. Once secured, no competing businesses in the same sponsorship category will be allowed. Sponsorship is non-transferable and cannot be shared or reassigned to another business. 2. Sponsorship Benefits As a Title Sponsor, your business will receive: A dedicated booth space at each scheduled Westside Market event. Premium signage at the event entrance. Two dedicated social media posts before each market, reaching our 21K+ engaged followers (primarily Westside Cincinnati women ages 25-60). Logo and mentions in all event-related email communications. Logo placement on billboards and radio mentions, if applicable. Opportunity to include promotional materials in event swag bags. 3. Payment & Refund Policy Full sponsorship payment must be made upon signing the agreement to secure the Title Sponsorship. Sponsorship fees are non-refundable, even in the case of cancellation or inability to participate in one or more events. 4. Marketing & Promotion The Westside Market reserves the right to use the sponsor's name, logo, and promotional materials in marketing efforts. Sponsors are responsible for providing high-quality logo files and any promotional items by designated deadlines. The Westside Market retains creative control over event promotions, including placement and timing of logo appearances, social media posts, and email mentions. 5. Booth Space & Event Participation The sponsor is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and tearing down their booth space at each event. Booth space assignments are at the discretion of the market organizers and are subject to change based on event logistics. Any promotional materials or activities at the sponsor's booth must align with the Westside Market’s family-friendly environment and values. 6. Liability & Assumption of Risk The sponsor participates in the Westside Market at their own risk. The market, its organizers, and affiliated parties are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury that may occur during the event. Sponsors are responsible for their own insurance coverage if required. 7. Termination & Compliance The Westside Market reserves the right to terminate the sponsorship agreement if the sponsor fails to comply with the outlined terms. If the sponsor engages in activities that are deemed inappropriate, harmful to the event, or against market values, the agreement may be revoked without refund. By signing the Westside Market Title Sponsorship Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
