2024 ABQ Fermentation & Fungi Sponsorship

Thank you for your interest in becoming a sponsor for the 2024 Albuquerque Fermentation & Fungi Festival. Your support helps us cultivate community connections, promote and support local agricultural producers, and nourish local culture. Whether you're a business, organization, or individual passionate about fermentation, fungi, or community wellness, there's a sponsorship opportunity for you. Commitment & Payment: By agreeing to sponsor the 2024 ABQFFF, you commit to your chosen sponsorship tier and agree to make the respective payment as outlined. Payments must be made in full by the date specified upon confirmation. Cancellation & Refunds: Sponsorship cancellations must be communicated in writing to Downtown ABQ Arts & Cultural District. Cancellations made prior to August 20, 2024 will be eligible for a partial refund minus a 25 % processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after August 21, 2024. Logo & Branding: All logos provided for branding must be high-resolution and suitable for print and digital use. Downtown ABQ Arts & Cultural District reserves the right to approve all logos and branding materials before public display. Promotion & Recognition: Sponsors will be recognized as outlined in their chosen sponsorship tier. Downtown ABQ Arts & Cultural District will make best efforts to promote sponsors on our website, social media, and event materials. Promotional materials or content provided by sponsors must be approved by Downtown ABQ Arts & Cultural District prior to distribution. Tickets & Attendance: Tickets provided as part of the sponsorship package are non-transferable and must be used by the sponsor or their designated representatives. Tickets will be distributed electronically or available for pick-up at the event venue. Details will be provided closer to the event date. Acceptance: By proceeding with sponsorship, sponsors agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in the revocation of sponsorship benefits without refund.
