Ballroom Vendor - Wall/End Cap Table $200.00 Non-refundable Includes (1) 6’ table with black linen and 2 chairs. Excludes front row tables (reserved for sponsors). An additional tables up to 6' in size is allowed but must be placed in an "L" shape. Backdrops, signage, a clothing rack or small displays are welcome. No tents or canopies are allowed (with the exception of a small pop up dressing room).
Ballroom Vendor - Aisle Table $150.00 Non-refundable Includes (1) 6’ table with black linen and 2 chairs. Excludes front row tables (reserved for sponsors). Terrace Vendor (10x10) $75.00 Non-refundable Outdoor vendor space. Must bring your own tent, tables, and chairs. This area is available to non-profit organizations and handmade crafters only.

Chair Rental $5.00 Non-refundable Extra chair. Please keep in mind that your table comes with two chairs.
