Westside Market Zone Sponsorship Terms & Conditions By becoming a Zone Sponsor for the 2025 Westside Market, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Sponsorship Benefits As a Zone Sponsor, you will receive: Exclusive signage & branding at your sponsored zone. Premium booth space within your selected zone at all scheduled markets. Two dedicated social media posts before each event, reaching our 21K+ engaged followers (primarily Westside Cincinnati women ages 25-60). Logo & mention in all event-related email communications throughout the season. 2. Sponsorship Zone Selection Zone sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The sponsor may select from the following available zones: Kids Zone Playground Face Painting & Balloons Food Zone DJ Booth Health & Wellness Fitness Classes Once a zone is assigned, it cannot be changed unless mutually agreed upon by the sponsor and Westside Market organizers. 3. Payment & Refund Policy Full sponsorship payment must be made upon signing the agreement to secure the chosen zone. Sponsorship fees are non-refundable, even in the case of cancellation or inability to participate. 4. Marketing & Promotional Materials Sponsors must provide high-resolution logo files by the deadline provided by market organizers. Any additional promotional materials for the booth or zone must be approved by the Westside Market team and comply with event guidelines. The Westside Market reserves the right to decline any marketing materials that do not align with event values or branding standards. 5. Booth Space & Event Participation Sponsors are responsible for their own booth setup, maintenance, and teardown. Booth spaces must be staffed during event hours and maintained in a clean and professional manner. Any interactive elements or promotional activities in the sponsored zone must be discussed and approved in advance. 6. Liability & Assumption of Risk The sponsor acknowledges that participation in the Westside Market is at their own risk. The Westside Market, its organizers, vendors, and affiliates are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged materials, nor any injuries or accidents that may occur within the sponsored zone. Sponsors are responsible for carrying their own liability insurance if required. 7. Event Compliance & Conduct Sponsors must adhere to all event rules and regulations. Any behavior deemed disruptive, offensive, or non-compliant with event values may result in the termination of sponsorship without a refund. 8. Termination of Sponsorship The Westside Market reserves the right to terminate the sponsorship agreement if the sponsor fails to meet agreed-upon deadlines, does not comply with event policies, or engages in conduct that negatively impacts the event. No refunds will be issued in cases of sponsorship termination due to non-compliance. By signing the Westside Market Zone Sponsorship Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
