Benefits by Level: • Red ($5,000): o 10x20 booth. o Logo featured on our website for 9 months. o Complimentary admission for 10 employees (in addition to 4 wristbands for booth staff). o Recognition in the Pride Guide and social media promotions. o Logo banner displayed at the festival. o Full-page ad in the online Pride Guide. o Opportunity to address the crowd. o Four social media acknowledgments with links to your site. • Orange ($3,000): o 10x10 booth. o Logo displayed at the festival as a sponsor. o Complimentary admission for 8 employees. o Logo featured on our website for 3 months. o Half-page ad in the Pride Guide. o Two social media acknowledgments. • Yellow ($2,000): o 10x10 booth. o Logo displayed at the festival. o Listing on our website for 1 month. o Complimentary admission for 6 employees. o Quarter-page ad in the Pride Guide. • Green ($1,500): o 10x10 booth. o Logo displayed on a shared sponsor banner. o Complimentary admission for 6 employees. • Blue ($1,000): o 10x10 booth. o Complimentary admission for 4 employees. • Purple ($750): o Complimentary admission for 6 employees.

Sponsor Terms & Conditions By submitting this application, I acknowledge and accept the benefits associated with my sponsorship level. I understand that my sponsorship investment entitles me to all outlined benefits and promotional opportunities. I acknowledge that sponsorship contributions are non-refundable, including in the event of full event cancellation or early closure. This agreement becomes binding upon signature by both parties. All sponsorship funds, logos, and company information must be submitted to Reading Pride Celebration within 45 days of sponsorship acceptance or by June 6, 2025, whichever comes first.
