South Riding Event Sponsorship - Silver

Nothing beat a summer pool party..! As sponsor for this event you are entitled to a booth space at the event and branding for the event via its listing on Eventeny, the South Riding website, our digital and social media accounts and also in the magazine. Want to brand a give away or promotional item? Reach out to Bobby as early as possible, ideally 8 weeks if you need help, to make sure the staff and set up goes smoothly to have your swag ready for the kids! Please note: we reach capacity at all the pools for this event which is over 1000 people throughout the three locations and time frame. In order to make it in the magazine you must be paid in full with your logo sent to magazine@southriding.net 8 weeks in advance of the event. Pleaes send a high resolution image of 300dpi or vector based.

Subletting your booth to another business is strictly prohibited and any business not registered will be asked to leave immediately. Business literature must pertain to the registered business and may only be distributed within your booth space. Roaming solicitations are strictly prohibited.
