Terms & Conditions of Sponsorship for the 39th Annual Ham & Yam Festival
By agreeing to sponsor the 39th Annual Ham & Yam Festival, you (the sponsor) agree to the following terms and conditions:
Sponsorship Commitment
The sponsor must submit the sponsorship agreement and payment by the specified deadline to secure sponsorship benefits.
Sponsorship is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Payment & Fees
All sponsorship fees must be paid in full before the event. Failure to make timely payments will result in the loss of sponsorship privileges and benefits.
The festival does not offer refunds for cancellations.
Logo & Brand Usage
Sponsors will provide their logo and branding materials to be used for promotional purposes. These must meet the festival's guidelines and be submitted in the required formats by the agreed-upon deadline.
The festival reserves the right to use sponsor logos, brand names, and materials in promotional materials, including print, digital, and social media, related to the event.
Sponsor Responsibilities
Sponsors are responsible for ensuring their brand and message align with the family-friendly nature of the festival. Any content deemed inappropriate or offensive will not be accepted.
Sponsors may not distribute materials, conduct sales, or solicit outside of their designated space or sponsorship area without prior approval from festival organizers.
Festival Dates & Weather
The Ham & Yam Festival will occur on the scheduled date(s) regardless of weather conditions. The festival is a rain-or-shine event.
The festival does not guarantee the occurrence of any specific event or activity and is not liable for event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
Booth/Activation Space
Sponsors will be provided a designated area or booth as agreed upon. All activations, signage, and displays must remain within the designated space.
Sponsors are responsible for setup and breakdown of their space within the specified time frames and for maintaining a clean and safe booth environment during the event.
Liability & Insurance
Sponsors must provide their own insurance coverage for their activation or booth, including liability insurance.
The festival organizers are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to sponsor property during the event. Sponsors must secure their booth and materials accordingly.
Compliance with Event Rules
Sponsors must comply with all event policies, rules, and guidelines outlined by the festival organizers. This includes adhering to event setup and breakdown times, safety regulations, and any other event-specific protocols.
Publicity & Recognition
Sponsors will receive the benefits outlined in their sponsorship package, which may include recognition on event signage, festival materials, and social media. Specific recognition will depend on the level of sponsorship agreed upon.
Force Majeure
The festival organizers are not liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or any other events beyond their control.
By signing the sponsorship agreement, the sponsor acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
