Terms & Conditions
1. EXHIBITS - Display material must be confined to the vendor/sponsor space. No placard, stickers, or other signs relating to nonpaid businesses will be allowed. Only one business per space; tables cannot be shared by two businesses.
2. NO REFUNDS – There are no refunds for any reason if vendor/sponsor cancels.

- Do you have a location preference? Please review the 12-8 layout and list preferred table numbers. Front row is reserved for sponsors but you may choose any location preferred.
- Parking Policy - Parking is free for sponsors and vendors during the 9:00-11:00 am set up hours. If sponsor/vendor leaves during the event, they will be charged $10 for parking when they return. Sponsors/vendors arriving late after 11:00 am will be charged $10 for parking.
- By submitting this application, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the terms and conditions as indicated on this application and contract. I agree to sell only those items as listed. If I change/add a new category or merchandise, I must submit a request to the promoter. Any vendor/sponsor that does not comply with the rules and regulations will not be invited to return.
