By submitting a sponsorship application for the Rainbow Run, the Sponsor agrees to the following terms and conditions: 1. Sponsorship Agreement a. Sponsorship benefits are granted upon receipt of full payment and signed agreement. b. Sponsorship levels and associated benefits are outlined in the sponsorship package. c. The Event Organizer reserves the right to decline sponsorship applications if deemed inappropriate or misaligned with the event's mission. 2. Payment & Refund Policy a. Full payment is due upon approval of the sponsorship agreement unless otherwise agreed upon. b. Sponsorship fees are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by the Organizer. 3. Marketing & Branding a. The Sponsor grants the Organizer permission to use the Sponsor’s logo, name, and branding materials for promotional purposes. b. All Sponsor-provided materials (logos, ads, banners, etc.) must be submitted by the deadlines set by the Organizer. c. The Organizer reserves the right to reject any materials deemed inappropriate or offensive. 4. On-Site Presence & Booth Setup a. Sponsors must adhere to event setup and breakdown schedules provided by the Organizer. b. The Sponsor is responsible for bringing and setting up their own materials unless otherwise stated. c. The Organizer is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to Sponsor property. 5. Event Modifications & Cancellation a. The Organizer reserves the right to modify event details, including date, location, or programming, with notice to Sponsors. b. If the event is postponed, sponsorship benefits will be transferred to the rescheduled date. c. In the event of cancellation, Sponsors will be notified, and refund options (if applicable) will be discussed. 6. Liability & Compliance a. Sponsors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as event regulations. b. The Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Event Organizer, venue, and affiliated parties from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation. 7. General Terms a. The Organizer reserves the right to make final decisions on all sponsorship matters. b. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation; if unresolved, legal proceedings will be held in the jurisdiction of Baltimore City. c. Submission of a sponsorship application constitutes agreement to these Terms & Conditions. By submitting this application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
