South Riding Event Sponsorship - GOLD

LET'S GO! This is a NEW event and will only produce shirts with said sponsor on board. We anticipate HIGH youth engagement with this event and of course, TYPE A parents as well. You might see an employee or two running "example" trials. As sponsor for this event you are entitled to a booth space at the event and branding for the event via its listing on Eventeny, the South Riding website, our digital and social media accounts and also in the magazine *due Mar 20 to make the MAY magazine. We also produce shirts for the staff/volunteers/sponsors (up to 20 for sponsors!) to wear during the event. Your company logo will be on the shirt so please make sure to have that logo sent ASAP to Bobby to have them printed. As a sponsor, your booth will share the event space, which is central to all the activities of the day, giving you a premier spot with the attendees. You also have the option of bringing in handouts such as water, food, etc as SRP will not compete with giveaways for the event except for the champions of each age/gender demographic like a typical 5k/10k. In order to make it in the magazine you must be paid in full with your logo sent to bkittel@southriding.net 8 weeks in advance of the event. Pleas send a high resolution image of 300dpi or vector based.

Subletting your booth to another business is strictly prohibited and any business not registered will be asked to leave immediately. Business literature must pertain to the registered business and may only be distributed within your booth space. Roaming solicitations are strictly prohibited. No food or drink may be given away or sold at Exhibitor booths without prior approval from South Riding.
