We are excited to welcome sponsors to the Strawberry Festival 2025! Below is a brief description to guide you through the sponsorship application process, including accepted categories, event protocols, and logistical details.
General Information:
As a sponsor, you will have the opportunity to promote your brand to thousands of festival attendees and show your support for the community. Sponsorship levels provide various benefits, including event visibility, promotional opportunities, and vendor space, depending on your selected category.
Accepted Sponsorship Categories:
Title Sponsor – The highest level of sponsorship, providing premier exposure across all event materials, signage, and media coverage. Title sponsors are also offered a prominent vendor space and the opportunity to speak or be acknowledged during the event.
Event Sponsor – Sponsors a specific part of the festival, such as the entertainment stage, kids’ area, or food court. Includes featured signage, online promotion, and vendor space in the sponsored area.
Community Sponsor – Contributes general support for the festival, with logo recognition on select marketing materials, event programs, and festival banners.
Category Descriptions:
Title Sponsor: 5000.00 – Premier placement of logo on all marketing, social media, and banners; prominent vendor space; speaking opportunities during event.
Event Sponsor: $2500.00 – Sponsor a particular attraction or area, such as live entertainment or food court. Includes on-site signage and online recognition.
Community Sponsor: $1000.00 – General sponsorship, logo on printed and digital materials, and verbal acknowledgment during the festival.
Event Protocol:
Date and Time: The festival will be held on June 21st and 22nd from 10:00am-4:00pm daily. Sponsors must arrive for setup at least 2 hours before the event start time and remain for the full duration unless otherwise coordinated.
Attendance: Sponsors are encouraged to engage with attendees and showcase their brand in creative, family-friendly ways.
Food Management:
If you are a sponsor providing food or beverage samples, you must comply with local health regulations. All food vendors will need to have a valid food license or permit, and health department inspections may be required on-site. Sponsors are responsible for managing food safety and cleanliness at their booths.
Parking:
Sponsors will be provided with designated parking areas close to the event site. Parking passes will be distributed before the event. Please display your parking pass clearly to gain access to the sponsor parking lot.
Setup and Breakdown Information:
Setup: Sponsor booths and displays must be set up by9:30am on the morning of the event. Volunteers and staff will be available to assist with directions and any setup needs.
Breakdown: The breakdown will begin after the festival ends at 4:00pm. Sponsors are responsible for removing all materials, signage, and waste from their area by 6:00pm Sunday June 22nd..
Power and Equipment: If you require electricity, please indicate this on your application form. Limited access to power outlets is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
