MiraiCon Sponsorship Terms and Conditions
By applying for a sponsorship with MiraiCon, the sponsoring business ("Sponsor") agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Sponsorship Commitment and Fulfillment MiraiCon will fulfill its sponsorship obligations according to the selected sponsorship commitment level outlined below:
Diamond Tier - $1,000+
- Social media collaboration spotlight.
- Company logo placement on Main Stage, Convention website, and select merchandise.
- General Admission (GA) Weekend passes for up to four (4) people.
Gold Tier - $500+
- Social media collaboration spotlight.
- Company logo placement on Main Stage and Convention website.
- GA Weekend passes for up to two (2) people.
Silver Tier - $250+
- Social media collaboration spotlight.
- Company logo placement on Convention website.
- GA Weekend pass for one (1) person.
Non-Refundable Sponsorship
Sponsorship payments are non-refundable. Once a sponsorship is accepted and payment is received, no refunds, partial or full, will be issued for any reason.
Sponsor Obligations
Upon acceptance of the sponsorship, the Sponsor must provide the following materials:
- A high-resolution company logo (PNG, JPG, or vector format).
- Instagram profile link.
- Full names of the individuals receiving complimentary GA passes under the sponsorship agreement.
GA Pass Recipient Agreement
All individuals receiving GA passes as part of a sponsorship package must agree to MiraiCon’s Community Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in revocation of their passes without refund or replacement.
Marketing and Promotion
MiraiCon reserves the right to use the Sponsor’s logo and name in promotional materials, including but not limited to the convention website, social media, and event signage, as specified in the sponsorship tier.
Sponsorship Acceptance
MiraiCon reserves the right to approve or decline any sponsorship application. Acceptance is confirmed upon receipt of payment and required sponsor materials.
Modification of Terms
MiraiCon reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions as necessary. Sponsors will be notified of any significant changes.
By submitting a sponsorship application, the Sponsor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
