Westside Market Swag Bag Sponsorship Terms & Conditions By becoming a Swag Bag Sponsor for the 2025 Westside Market, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Sponsorship Benefits As a Swag Bag Sponsor, you will receive: Exclusive logo placement on premium shopping bags distributed to the first 200 attendees at each Westside Market event. Two dedicated social media posts before each scheduled market, reaching 21K+ engaged followers, primarily Westside Cincinnati women (ages 25-60). Logo and mention in all event-related email communications throughout the season. Opportunity to include promotional materials or small items inside the swag bags for additional brand exposure. 2. Sponsorship Exclusivity Only one Swag Bag Sponsor will be accepted per season to ensure exclusivity. No other logos will be printed on the swag bags apart from the Westside Market branding. 3. Payment & Refund Policy Full sponsorship payment is due upon signing the agreement to secure sponsorship benefits. Sponsorship fees are non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation or inability to participate. 4. Marketing & Promotional Materials Sponsors must provide a high-resolution logo file by the deadline given by event organizers to ensure quality printing on the bags. Any marketing materials or promotional items for the swag bags must be approved by the Westside Market team and submitted before the designated deadline. The Westside Market reserves the right to decline any promotional items that are not aligned with the event’s values or quality standards. 5. Liability & Assumption of Risk The sponsor understands that the Westside Market, its organizers, affiliates, and vendors are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged materials provided by the sponsor. The Westside Market is not liable for any printing or production delays that may affect the delivery or distribution of swag bags. 6. Event Participation & Compliance The sponsor agrees to maintain a positive representation of their brand and comply with all event guidelines. If the sponsor engages in activities deemed inappropriate, harmful to the event, or against market values, the sponsorship may be revoked without refund. 7. Termination of Sponsorship The Westside Market reserves the right to terminate the sponsorship agreement if the sponsor fails to meet agreed-upon deadlines or provide materials that meet quality and branding standards. No refunds will be issued in cases of sponsorship termination due to non-compliance. By signing the Westside Market Swag Bag Sponsorship Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
