Co-Title Sponsor $1,500.00 Non-refundable - Prominent recognition as Co-Presenter of Event from initial promotion to follow up activities (shared with one other organization) - Listed as: “Tampa Bay Kids Expo presented by [your company]” - Category Exclusivity – only business onsite in your industry - Company name headlines all print, digital, and social media marketing - Promotional banners (provided by sponsor) prominently displayed throughout mall - Company mention/logo on event website, registration page, posters, flyers and live mentions - Prominent exhibit space, includes (2) 6’ tables with black linen & chairs Tablecloths of another color can be used if preferred. Backdrops, signage, and displays are welcome. No tents or canopies are allowed inside.
Vendor Space (10x10) $200.00 Non-refundable Vendors must bring their own table(s) and chair(s) or rent through the event (see below). Tables and chairs are included for sponsors. Vendor space is 10’ deep x 10’ long (orange spaces on layout). Tablecloths of any color can be used. Backdrops, signage, and displays are welcome, but are limited to 6’ in height. No tents or canopies are allowed inside the mall.
Vendor Space (6x12) $175.00 Non-refundable Vendors must bring their own table(s) and chair(s) or rent through the event (see below). Tables and chairs are included for sponsors. Vendor space is 6’ deep x 12’ long (yellow spaces on layout). Tablecloths of any color can be used. Backdrops, signage, and displays are welcome, but are limited to 6’ in height. No tents or canopies are allowed inside the mall.
Table Rental $30.00 Non-refundable 6' Table with Black Linen. Rental applies to vendors only as tables are included for sponsors.
Chair Rental $5.00 Non-refundable Rental applies to vendors only as chairs are included for sponsors.
Electricity $30.00 Non-refundable Rental applies to vendors only as electricity is included for sponsors.
